Cape is made from cotton. Ties around the neck with full hood. Neck Circumference is 24 inches, Shoulder to Bottom Hem is 48 inches. Cape only, accessories not included.

Great purchase!
I had wanted a cape for my various costumes for some time, and this one works for them all! I took some Otter Wax to it for water-proofing and it does a great job at keeping the sun *and* rain off now!

For the price and how it looks in the picture ide say it exactly what I expected. Size says large and it fits me perfect for being 5'6". It hangs ide say about mid calves.
