This big bearded axe has a hand-forged carbon steel axehead with rosewood handle. 31.25 long with 5.5" edge. Needs to be sharpened for a good edge. Weighs about 3lbs.

Axe
I bought this for my husband for Valentines so I haven't actually given it to him yet, but I like it and think its a great axe.

Nothing too amazing but definitely a good deal for the price.
The axe was fairly easy to sharpen with a file and bench grinder, but I did have to secure the axe-head with some epoxy as it was slightly loose on arrival.

Decent Axe
Very nice axe head. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time sharpening if you do not have a belt sander. Edge was thicker than expected. Good axe overall but not made to take an edge out of the box.
